jessie: I am so sad.
huiching: what's wrong?
jessie: not so sure. i went to the yoga class today and had a great time. i paid for the whole month though i planned to paid for one class only.
huiching: yoga is good for you. then why are you sad?
jessie: i wrote to johann and i miss him a lot.
huiching: so? you always miss him more or less.
jessie:i just discovered or should i say remind myself again that the biggest distance between us is the difference he kept emphasizing: he doesn't feel the way i feel.
huiching: he told you last time about being flexiable, chaing the goal if you find it's not possible.
jessie: hate to say this but I KNOW.
huiching: so what's the problem?
jessie: being too hard on myself again? i am not doing what i am supposed to do.
huiching: whar are you supposed to do?
jessie: cleaning the room, putting things away, studying, reading, finding accommodation in sydney, planning for the trip, getting ready for australia and a l(sot more.
huiching: take your time, set some plans and do them step by step.
jessie: i feel anxious and don't feel like doing anything.
huiching: then find out why you are anxious.
jessie: said that already! i am not doing what i am supposed to do!
huiching: then DO SOMETHING! for god's sake.
jessie:(silent because of anger)
huiching: do one thing at a time, okay? set the priority.
jessie: wish i knew how.
huiching: of course you know. you just haven't trained yourself to get used to it.
jessie: sometimes like now i just don't have any energy to do anything i would like to do.
huiching: for example?
jessie: clearning my room.
huiching: do you enjoy doing it?
jessie: not really but I enjoy living in a tidy, organized room.
huiching: i am sleepy now and it's great since i was quite awake until 4 or 5 since i quit my sleeping pills. ready for bed.
jessie: what about me?
huiching: go to bed and maybe you will wake up in a better mood or if not, we keep talking tomorrow.
jessie: alright. sweet dreams.
